We keep information about customers of Hopetown who have signed up to receive updates about the attraction via the website, purchased a ticket, made a monetary donation or hired a space.

We keep information because you have consented to receive updates or where you have purchased a ticket, made a donation or hired a space because it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps to enter into a contract with you. Access to information is limited to staff at Hopetown and individuals who are contracted to process information on our behalf.

How long do you keep information about me?

Information is kept for a period of seven years from the point of last purchase. This information is destroyed securely when we no longer need it.
